Our 2-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
It is hereby agreed by both parties that the following conditions will be met and that no other warranties or conditions are expressed or implied.
This agreement is for the benefit of both the buyer and seller. It is the intent of the breeder to guarantee that each cat is healthy at the time of adoption or delivery. Therefore, we ask that the buyer makes every reasonable effort to have the cat examined by a vet within 3 days of possession. Since we cannot control the environment of the cat after it leaves the breeder, this agreement is null and void if the buyer is negligent in securing a timely vet visit after bringing the cat home.
Your new kitten is guaranteed to be in good health, free of any communicable disease at the time of sale.
The Buyer agrees to take the kitten to a veterinarian of your choice within 3 days of purchase for a “kitten Wellness Visit” and to validate good health. Illness not covered (also not within the first 3 business days) are dehydration, diarrhoea and hypoglycaemia as these can be prevented or easily corrected and are common when kittens move to a new home.
I provide a 6 month, from whelping date, life-threatening genetic health guarantee. The problem must be presented in writing by a licensed vet and may need to be examined for an additional opinion. In the event of a problem, the kitten will be replaced in the same manner with one of like sex and quality when available. No cash refunds will be given. All sales are final.
Seller will not be responsible for any type of veterinarian bill or medication for kitten. I do not guarantee against Parvo, Corona, Coccidiosis, Giardia, Hernias, Collapsed Tracheal, Hypoglycaemia and Patellar Luxation, or worms since these may involve trauma or environmental issues. We do not guarantee size, and pride ourselves in breeding healthy well bred Scottish Fold.
This guarantee shall become null and void the moment any of the following tick and flea medication is given to the kitten:
Nexguard, Bravecto, Simparica, Fiprotec, Capstar, Revolution and any other product containing any of the following or similiar ingedients such as Afoxolaner, Fluralaner, Selamecton and Sarolaner.
